The house
A spacious four-bedroom Cape that sleeps six adults and two children, in one of the most walkable spots in Chatham.
Room for everyone
Unlike much of its competition, this Chatham rental is very spacious. All bedrooms, and most of the house, have beautiful hardwood floors. The living room is large, with a working fireplace for cool evenings in spring and fall. There are two full baths and a well-equipped kitchen.
The house is in excellent condition and tastefully furnished, with Cape Cod art and decorations throughout. It's stocked with beach chairs, toys and a bike, so you don't have to overload the car.
Outside, the big back deck is the place for meals, company and relaxing in the salt air. There are two grills, one gas and one charcoal, and an outdoor shower for sandy folks coming back from the beach.

Vacation rentals in Chatham are very popular, and this one is in one of the best spots: walking distance to Hardings Beach on a street with a sidewalk. Downtown Chatham and the Chatham Light are a short drive away.
